Data collected

This website has no forms and no user accounts. The only personal data processed is what you choose to send by email — typically your name, email address, company and the content of your message. Like any website, the server also keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security purposes. Nothing is collected for advertising or profiling.

Purpose & legal basis

Your data is used solely to reply to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries and keeping this website secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

Your data is never sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes. It is accessed only by me and by the technical providers strictly needed to run this website and its email: Hostinger (hosting) and Infomaniak (email). Infomaniak is based in Switzerland, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection.

Retention

Emails are kept for up to three years after our last exchange. Technical server logs are kept for no more than six months. If we work together, data related to the contract is kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email contact@cyril-salvi.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country — in France, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

This website uses no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics cookies, and loads no third-party resources: fonts are served from this website's own server. Only strictly necessary technical storage may be used, which is exempt from consent — that's why there is no cookie banner.
